During our community’s response to the COVID-19 crisis, we encourage you to shop local in downtown Dubuque. This list is being updated daily.
Starting May 8, at 5am, the following services will be allowed to start reopening in Dubuque County:

On May 15 at 5am, Iowa Governor Reynolds has declared the next phase for reopening of businesses and other establishments will occur, all with restrictions.
